Morphological and molecular characterization of Pratylenchus thornei Sher & Allen, 1953 (Rhabditida: Pratylenchidae) from Iraq.
The above research demonstrates the isolation, morphological and molecular diagnosis of a type of plant-parasitic nematode, Pratylenchus thornei, from two different locations in Maysan Governorate, and the registration of the ITS and 28s genes for the first time of this type ln the south of Iraq in the NCBI Global Gene Bank.
