University of Misan organizes a scientific symposium on fish farming systemsThe Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Misan organized a scientific symposium on fish farming systems. The seminar included a lecture given by the teacher Mohamed Hato Mohammed, in which he presented a definition of the systems applied in Iraq as well as applicable in the future, where he addressed the need for support to fish farmers and the provision of water quotas sufficient for the success of the process of education.The symposium aims at cooperation and coordination between Iraqi universities institutions and government departments to find out the most important obstacles facing the breeder, as well as the need to use Iraqi fish such as brown, carp and kan in fish breeding for the importance of these species and encourage fish farmers to benefit from fish wealth and meet the need of the market.
