University of Misan organizes a seminar on microbial contamination of local meat, The Faculty of Agriculture, University of Misan, organized a seminar on microbial contamination of local meat. The lecture included a lecture given by Shabib Manshid Jassem, in which he presented the importance of studying the pollution of meat by microorganisms through knowledge of the causes and factors that help pollution and methods used to reduce the growth of microorganisms and stop their activity or inhibit growth. As well as study the impact on the immune system in humans has also been identified the economic problems that occur as a result of meat damage, and showed the diseases and poisoning caused by those microbes in food and was reached recommendations through which can reduce the phenomenon of poisoning and corruption in local meat.
