Misan University organizes a training course on routine analysis of soil, The Faculty of Agriculture, University of Misan, organized a training course on routine analysis.
The course consisted of a lecture delivered by Dr. Hashim Haneen Karim, which included several topics including: First: The definition of soil laboratories and the most important equipment to be available in them as well as safety and safety procedures. Second: the definition of how to deal with the results of analysis and the definition of terms of accuracy and credibility of the results and the difference between them. Thirdly, the definition of methods of collecting soil samples and the most important conditions and tools that must be met to achieve the goal of obtaining a representative sample of the soil of the field. Fourth: dealing with samples in the laboratory and how to prepare them for analysis as well as the way of storage. Fifth: Explanation of physical analysis of soil (moisture content and soil tissue).
