The college &nbsp;of Agriculture at the University of Misan\norganized a seminar on antioxidants and free radicals with the participation of\ntwo specialized teachers.&nbsp; The workshop\nincluded a lecture by Dr. Zeinab Sabeeh Hassan in which she gave a detailed\npresentation on the free radicals and the causes of their formation in the body\nand how they affect the cells. She also discussed the role of antioxidants and\nhow to prevent the effect of harmful free radicals on the cells of the body.&nbsp; The workshop\ndiscussed the presence of antioxidants in food and how to obtain them. The\nlecturers discussed the new ways of organizing food and changing the nutrition\nmethod to ensure a healthy diet and the abundance of antioxidants.
