Approval of electronic applications for study at public universities, colleges, and private universities.
2. Adopting the plan submitted by universities for admission to the free and semi-free scholarships channel. Private study is based on the free and semi-free scholarships plan (provided by public and private universities and colleges), without specifying the number of study seats per specialty, i.e., an “open” number.

3. Allocating a percentage of the number of seats for free scholarships in accordance with applicable agreements with Arab and foreign countries.

4. Applicants are entitled to select five universities on the electronic application form (three for free scholarships, one for semi-free scholarships, and one for private study).

e. Nomination of applicants for free scholarships is based on the options listed in the electronic application form. Submitting the electronic application is not binding for acceptance, as it is subject to a competitive and competitive selection mechanism. If a student applies to more than one channel, they are nominated based on the highest choice from the university.

6. Applications are closed on the electronic platform at the beginning of June. For graduate studies, the specialization is closed in mid-August of each year for undergraduate studies.

7. The applicant’s file is reviewed for acceptance into undergraduate and graduate scholarships. The student’s academic background is verified by the academic committees formed for this purpose at each public or private university or private college.

8. A university or administrative order for the initial acceptance of the nominated student will be issued after the aforementioned academic committee verifies that the student meets the required criteria and conditions.

9. The timings of Arabic language courses for students accepted under the initiative will be determined by the relevant universities as needed.

10. A student’s acceptance by the public university, college, or private university will be revoked if the student submits information, documents, or documents that are incorrect in their source or content.

11. The university or college is solely responsible for monitoring the student’s academic progress throughout the academic stages.

Documents required for online application:

A non-Iraqi secondary school certificate, whether foreign or Arab (to apply for a diploma or bachelor’s degree).

2. A bachelor’s degree certificate to apply for a higher diploma or master’s degree.

A master’s degree or equivalent to apply for a doctoral degree.

The above certificates must be (in color) translated into Arabic or English and duly certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country granting the certificate and by the Iraqi embassy in that country. If there is no Iraqi embassy in the applicant’s home country or in neighboring countries, the certification must be done by the applicant’s embassy in Baghdad.

A passport valid for at least two years.

One of the documents proving the student’s ancestry with his or her parents: (the student’s birth certificate or the national or citizenship card for the student with both mother and father).

-A written pledge not to apply to any study channel inside Iraq at any government university, college, or private university, and a pledge to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the application form.

Documents Required for Application

Submit all original and certified documents mentioned above, along with color copies.

Two (2) personal photos.

An international health certificate.
