Everything else will be introduced when it becomes useful.<\/p>\n<h2>What a transaction hash actually tells you<\/h2>\n<p>A transaction hash, often called a transaction ID or txid, is a cryptographically generated identifier for a submitted blockchain transaction. It helps you locate one shipment among millions and follow its progress.<\/p>\n<p>The analogy stops there. A courier can sometimes redirect or return a parcel. The txid also does not contain customer-support authority: possessing it does not give anyone control over the funds.<\/p>\n<p>A blockchain explorer is a viewing interface for public network data. It is not something the sender should invent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to compare:<\/strong> copy the Memo, Tag, payment identifier, or equivalent field exactly when the receiving service says it is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If it is wrong or missing:<\/strong> the blockchain may still confirm the transfer to the shared address, while the platform cannot automatically identify the intended account. A screenshot or an old saved address is weaker evidence than the details displayed for the current deposit or order.<\/p>\n<p>Never share a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or one-time authentication code to \u201cverify\u201d a transfer. Those secrets are not required to inspect a public transaction.<\/p>\n<h2>How to check the transfer in an explorer<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Copy the txid from the sending wallet or order page.<\/strong> Do not copy the recipient address by mistake. Review the current conditions before creating an order rather than assuming that requirements from a previous transaction remain unchanged.<\/p>\n<h2>Reading common explorer results<\/h2>\n<h3>The explorer says \u201cnot found\u201d<\/h3>\n<p><strong>How it looks:<\/strong> no transaction appears after the txid is pasted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why it happens:<\/strong> the wrong network explorer was used, the hash was copied incompletely, the wallet has not broadcast the transaction, or the explorer has not indexed it yet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do before sending again:<\/strong> confirm the network and copy the txid directly from the transaction details. Do not create a duplicate payment merely because one explorer has no result.<\/p>\n<h3>The transaction is pending<\/h3>\n<p><strong>How it looks:<\/strong> the explorer finds the transaction, but no confirmed block or final status is shown.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why it happens:<\/strong> the transaction has been broadcast but is still waiting for network inclusion or final processing. Compare them with the deposit instructions and contact the receiving service through its official channel if the discrepancy remains.<\/p>\n<h3>The status is failed<\/h3>\n<p><strong>How it looks:<\/strong> the transaction exists but is marked failed or reverted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why it happens:<\/strong> execution did not complete under the network\u2019s rules. Confirm that the transaction exists, inspect its status and block inclusion, then compare the asset, destination, and amount with the current order or deposit instructions.<\/p>\n<p>After that, separate the two layers of evidence. The explorer tells you what happened on-chain.
