ABSTRACT:
The aim of the research is to identify the strategies of transformational leadership in developing administrative creativity and to clarify the characteristics of the transformational leader, and the most important pillars upon which transformational leadership is based, and to propose creative strategies that enrich thinking and thus lead to creativity in managerial performance, and to identify the qualities of the leader to reach administrative creativity. The research reached results and recommendations, the most important of which are: Transformational leadership provides an educational vision that can be embodied on the ground, because the vision of the system represents its guiding compass, the goal, and the goal that all its inputs and operations are supposed to translate into tangible reality, and access to administrative creativity through the practice of transformational leadership. It is necessary to emphasize the consolidation of team spirit and work through it, as today’s systems are characterized by multiculturalism, as they are globalized systems\u2026 Whether we like it or not, diversity in its members is one of its strengths. Effective transformational leadership is the one that improves reaping the fruits of the diversity of its members by accepting the cultural, cognitive, skill and imaginative diversity of the work team.
