Conference Fees: Free of Charge
The conference is free for all participants. It includes (for one author only):

All scientific sessions

Poster sessions

Meals as indicated in the conference program (coffee breaks, lunches, and gala dinner)

Conference bag with related materials (program, badge, certificates, etc.) – for participants only

Accommodation is covered (free of charge)
Note: Travel costs are not covered and must be paid by the participants. Paper presenters are responsible for their own travel expenses.
No payment is required for conference registration.
