Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Buraq Talib Shalash Under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahdi Sakhi The students of the second stage in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education, University of Maysan, opened the Alternatives Library project under the supervision of Assist.inst. (Tabarak Falih Hassan) The ceremony was opened by the Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Buraq Talib Shalash He was accompanied by Professor Dr. Rana Sabeeh, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies Assistant Professor Dr. Salim Kazim Abbas, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, and department professors, the library, which represents a new idea based on giving and exchanging books owned by students, the aim of which is to encourage them to read and Developing reading skills and encouraging scientific cooperation among them, which contributes to increasing their scientific, cultural and educational awareness .
The Dean expressed the keenness of the College of Education and its departments to activate extracurricular activities that aim to spread educational and psychological culture and increase students\u2019 awareness of the educational role assigned to them, especially related to spreading psychological and educational culture and arming them with knowledge to confront social problems and combat deviant behavioral phenomena and the necessity of concerted efforts between professors and students.
To achieve this goal The Alternatives Library included a collection of books in various fields, including scientific, educational, psychological, and human development books that benefit students in the fields of work for graduates, as well as the department\u2019s international novels that show the goals, fields, and fields of work for graduates of the department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
