It attracts numerous researchers from various parts of the world in this field. The 21st edition of this conference will be hosted by Tishk International University \u2013 Erbil, from April 22-25, 2024. IEEE is the official sponsor of the conference, and all research papers presented at this conference have been indexed in Scopus since 2008.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The
