Additionally, it sought to strengthen the relationship between the faculty of engineering and the professional engineering sector, in a manner that contributes to developing students&#8217; skills and enhancing their readiness for the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The students expressed appreciation for the initiative, which they viewed as a reflection of the department\u2019s commitment to experiential learning. The visiting team emphasized the importance of leveraging this hands-on training to build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills that will help prepare capable engineers for the future. They also commended the outstanding cooperation shown by the Resident Engineer Department, represented by all colleagues, for their dedication to maximizing student benefit and ensuring the success of
