The system simulates real-world ventilation and cooling control applications commonly deployed in industrial facilities, workshops, and automated environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The PLC functions as the central control unit, receiving input signals from Start and Stop push buttons as well as from a sensor element. These inputs are processed according to a preconfigured ladder logic program, after which the PLC issues output commands to control the DC fan motor. This architecture reflects standard industrial control topology, where discrete inputs are logically evaluated to actuate output devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The educational control panel developed for this project includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PLC unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DC fan motor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start\/Stop push buttons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensor unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appropriate DC power supply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Operationally, when the Start push button is pressed, the PLC energizes the output relay, activating the DC fan. Pressing the Stop button immediately interrupts the control circuit and de-energizes the motor.
