{"id":221,"date":"2019-04-29T10:07:28","date_gmt":"2019-04-29T10:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uomisan.edu.iq\/eng\/en\/?p=221"},"modified":"2019-04-29T10:07:29","modified_gmt":"2019-04-29T10:07:29","slug":"the-college-of-engineering-at-the-university-of-misan-organizes-a-seminar-on-the-preliminary-results-of-the-water-crisis-team-in-misan-province","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uomisan.edu.iq\/eng\/en\/2019\/04\/29\/the-college-of-engineering-at-the-university-of-misan-organizes-a-seminar-on-the-preliminary-results-of-the-water-crisis-team-in-misan-province\/","title":{"rendered":"The College of Engineering at the University of Misan organizes a Seminar on the preliminary results of the water crisis team in Misan province"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The College\nof Engineering at the University of Misan organized a Seminar on the\npreliminary results of the water crisis team in Misan province with the\nparticipation of a number of researchers and specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seminar\nincluded a lecture given by the Lecturer (Raed Sai Jassem), through which he defined\nthe causes and consequences of the water crisis and offered the solutions by\npresenting designs and mathematical models for the proposed water storage\nchannels in the eastern side of the governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seminar\ndealt with, a presentation to illustrate water resources consumed by the\nprovince as well as sources of water which are equipped to the province by\nrivers and streams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop\ndiscussed several suggestions and questions by the attendees, which were answered\nby the concerned team, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Senior\nEngineer. Ahmed Jafar Director of Amara Water Dam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Head\nof the oldest geologists.
