Under the auspices of the President of the University of  Misan, \nAssistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdel-Aziz Al-Shawi. And under the direct\nsupervision by Dean of the Collage of Law , Prof. Dr.  Amer Zughair Moheisen,  under the title:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(The citizen is basis and purpose of the state).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collage of Law held its first scientific conference , entitled: (The Role of Legislations in Enhancing Citizens’ Confidence in the State), on Thursday, 25 April 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nconference, which included researchers from inside and outside Iraq, dealt with\nimportant topics related to legal legislation that should be reviewed in line\nwith developments on the political, social and economic aspects. Through this\nreview, it is possible to reach results that will enhance the confidence of\ncitizens in the state, thus contributing to the advancement of development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The issues\nthat discussed in the conference were into two axes, the first of which\ndiscussed issues related to constitutional Law , administrative Law, criminal\nLaw and Public international law; while \nthe second axis dealt with the study and analysis of legal issues\nrelated to Civil Law , Commercial law, investment and arbitration as well as\nthe Islamic law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In conclusion, the conference reached a set of findings and recommendations that will be submitted to the competent authorities in the legislative, executive and judicial authorities, which will contribute to the promotion of building a democratic state that respects the law and the rights of citizens in Iraq. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
