I- Objectives:<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ndepartment of pharmacology<\/strong>  is established at academic year 2010-2011 &\ncommitted to academic excellence and to the attainment of regional ,\nnational  and  international  recognition for the quality\nof  its  educational,  researches and service activities .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nmission of the department focuses on 4 broad objectives<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. To provide\nabroad based education in<\/em> <\/em>pharmacology<\/em><\/strong> <\/em> to graduating medical students.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. To\nprovide a first rate clinical <\/em>pharmacology<\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/strong>training to the medical\nstudent , increasing  their skills in clinical <\/em>pharmacology<\/em><\/strong>  and updating their knowledge about  new emerging drugs and medicine.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. To support and promote\na high standard creative academic researches within the department of<\/em> <\/em>pharmacology<\/em><\/strong>, college of medicine and university at large by both staffs members and\npost graduate students.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. To encourage a\ncontinuous medical education for the seek of developing medical knowledge\nand skills to department staff, and others who are working in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     <\/em><\/strong>II-Vision and mission <\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Vision:<\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vision of  the  department of pharmacology is to be a\nrecognized and distinguished unit in the field of pharmacology by  providing  \nan excellent teaching and training for the medical\nunder  graduate  and  post   graduate  \nstudents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   <\/strong> <\/em><\/strong>Mission:<\/em><\/strong>  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mission of the department is to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Graduate, in an integrative manner with other departments, doctors who are\nremarkably efficient and safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- The members of the\ndepartment are sharing actively in the pharmacological informations in the main\nhospital of Missan, and participate in all health committees of Missan health\ndirectorate to affair their services to Missan citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
