{"id":295,"date":"2019-10-24T07:59:51","date_gmt":"2019-10-24T07:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uomisan.edu.iq\/medicine\/en\/?p=295"},"modified":"2019-10-24T07:59:51","modified_gmt":"2019-10-24T07:59:51","slug":"histopathological-changes-in-the-liver-and-kidney-of-laboratory-mice-as-a-result-of-zinc-poisoning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uomisan.edu.iq\/medicine\/en\/2019\/10\/24\/histopathological-changes-in-the-liver-and-kidney-of-laboratory-mice-as-a-result-of-zinc-poisoning\/","title":{"rendered":"histopathological changes in the liver and kidney of laboratory mice as a result of zinc poisoning."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A researches in the college of Medicine at the\nUniversity of Missan for histopathological changes in the liver and kidney of\nlaboratory mice as a result of zinc poisoning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A researcher at the College &nbsp;of Medicine at the University of Missan , has\nbeen able to carry out a scientific research on histological changes in the\nliver and kidney in &nbsp;laboratory mice as a\nresult of exposure to zinc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study was presented by Dr. Ishraq Jassim Hassan,\naims to evaluate the histopathological changes of liver and kidney of\nlaboratory mice as a result of zinc poisoning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research concluded that zinc may be toxic when\nused in high doses, and causes many toxic changes to the liver and kidneys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of this study revealed several\npathological changes in the histological sections of liver and kidneys of zinc\nsulphate treated animals compared to control group animals such as cell\nnecrosis, congestion, swelling and disappearance of some cellular membrane\nfeatures and other pathological changes.
