First: Division of Students Studying Abroad

Responsible for following up on the affairs of sponsored students from nomination through graduation, coordinating admission and registration procedures at foreign universities, monitoring students’ financial entitlements and periodic reports, and issuing official university orders related to overseas delegations and assignments.

Second: Cultural Relations Division

Responsible for concluding memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and agreements with international universities and academic institutions, organizing scientific and cultural seminars and conferences, coordinating visits of academic delegations, and facilitating the exchange of expertise.

Third: Arab and International Students Division

Responsible for promoting the academic programs and fields of study available at the University of Maysan to international students, organizing introductory and promotional events, and providing guidance and support to prospective students wishing to study in Iraq.

Fourth: European Union Projects Unit – Erasmus+
