The participation of the head of the Public Law Department at the Faculty of Law, University of Maysan, in discussing a master’s thesis in Babylon

In order to devote scientific cooperation between universities, the teaching at the Faculty of Law at the University of Maysan (Assist.Prof. Dr. Alaa Nafeh Katafa) participated in the discussion of the master’s thesis of the student Ghaith Hamid Kazem at the University of Babylon _ College of Law, about his thesis tagged (the legal regulation of administrative confiscation _ study comparison) The discussion committee consisted of a few professors of administrative law, and the thesis was approved with a very good grade.
