Third: Themes of the scientific conference
The first : the concept of the role of the State Council and universities in spreading the culture of the rule of law, and includes:
(The State Council and Oversight of the Actions of Public Authorities, Education Culture and Its Impact on Strengthening the Rule of Law)
The second : ways to improve the relationship between the Iraqi State Council and university institutions to achieve the principle of the rule of law, and includes:
(Mutual cooperation between the State Council and universities in the academic and research fields, cooperation in the exchange of experiences, cooperation in the field of human resources).
The third : the challenges facing the relationship between the State Council and academic institutions in achieving the rule of law, and includes:
(Challenges facing the Iraqi State Council in strengthening the rule of law, challenges facing academic institutions in strengthening the rule of law)
Fourth: Conditions for participating in the conference
1/ The research should be one of the themes of the conference.
2/ The research should not have been previously published or participated in a previous conference.
3 / The paper should be printed in Word with a font size of (14) for the body, (12) for the margin, and (1,5) line spacing.
4/ The number of research pages shall not be less than (10) pages and not more than (25) pages.
4/ Abstracts of research as well as accepted research are subject to scientific evaluation and acceptance by the Scientific Committee.
Fifth: Important dates:
1- Research summaries should be sent electronically to the conference email no later than (5/2/2022).
2- The full research should be sent within a maximum date (1/3/2022).
3- Accepted abstracts and research should be sent via the conference email.
