Abstract

The Idea of legislative deviation is an integrated theory, and it is one of the aspects of the unconstitutionality of laws and decisions that violate constitutional texts, which leads to the instability of states and their political system, legislative deviation that affect the legislation issued by the competent authority, and make it deviate from the principles of the constitution, which was legislated to define the powers of each state authority, and is a hidden defect resulting from the poor discretion granted by the constitution
