Abstract

For political parties to perform their functions, great financial capabilities are required. To enable it to perform these functions, and the related special events and activities, and the money spent by political parties, including what is necessary to run its affairs, such as daily expenses related to the party’s headquarters, and administrative expenses related to party management.


It is natural that electoral campaign expenses are more important and larger compared to other party expenses, as winning the elections is the goal of every political party. As for the magnitude of these expenses, the practical reality proves them, as the expenses necessary for electoral propaganda began to increase, especially after the technical development that the world has witnessed, and accordingly. Those funds and attributes that the political party obtains as sources of financing are at the same time its financial rights
