Dear Colleagues,

• It’s our pleasure to announce the 1^st International Scientific Conference  and invite you to participate in this meeting on November 30^th  – 1^st  and 2^nd  of December 2024
• Conference Venue: Kurmic Hotel, Al-Amara, Misan, Iraq.

FICPS 2024 covers the following thematic areas:

• Pharmacology and Toxicology
• Clinical and Social Pharmacy
• Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry
• Pharmaceutical Chemistry
• Pharmacognosy and Herbal Medicine
• Pharmaceutical Sciences and Nanotechnology

Submission instructions for FICPS 2024:

• High-quality abstracts should include a brief introduction, research problem, aims, methods, results, and conclusions.
• Abstracts should be submitted as Microsoft Word file (.doc)
• Abstracts should be between 300 to 500 words limit
• Deadline for abstracts and manuscript submission: June 15^th – October 15^th, 2024
• The submission of abstracts should be through the conference website (https://uomisan.edu.iq/pharmacy/conference/), then emailing them via ([email protected]).
• The abstract could be either published recently (in 2023) or unpublished research.
• The authors should select one of the thematic areas of FICPS 2024
• There will be two types of conference participation: Podium presentation (12-15 minutes) or poster presentation.
• Abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee to determine their quality, eligibility, and type of participation (podium or poster).
• Accepted submissions should have the conference logo on the first slide of the presentation and on the top of the hard copy of the poster.
• Presenters (submitted as live presentation) should email their slides as soft copies of the presentation ( PowerPoint format) to the Scientific Committee between the 16^th  of June and the 1^st of October 2024 through the conference email :[email protected]
• If the author is willing to publish his/her work in FICPS 2024 special issue journals, a fulltext manuscript should be submitted between the 15^th of June and the 15^th of October, 2024 via the conference email mentioned above.
• Fulltext manuscripts intended for publication should be submitted directly to the conference email and should follow the chosen journal’s guidelines and requirements. However, the manuscript should pass an initial review by the scientific committee of the conference before submission to the journal.
• FICPS2024 agreed with the Iraqi Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IJPS) and offered manuscript publication of the accepted manuscripts.
• IJPS is indexed Q3 in Scopus, Q3 citescore 1.3. Journal website:https:// https://bijps.uobaghdad.edu.iq/index.php/bijps
• Upon acceptance of manuscripts, the publication fee is (275000 IQD), for foreign authors (150$).
