A world-wide academic meeting between the University of Misan and Michican State University
The University of Misan held a meeting with Michican State University in the presence of the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Asst. Prof. Dr. Adel Ma’na Dakhil, and the Director of Scholarships and Cultural Relations Dr. Haider Hasaan Faraj , with the participation of Mrs. Dr. Xinyu Wu, Director of International Program at Michigan State University, in the presence of the Cultural Attaché at the Iraqi Embassy in America, Dr. Ali Mayahi.
The purpose of this meeting was to consolidate ways of cooperation between the two sides, to open to world institutions in the academic field and to apply intellectual cross-fertilization programs, which was represented by Visiting Professor Program by sending the staff from the University of Misan for a research year (research fellowships) for a period of six months or a full year in one of the colleges of the Michican State University.
Further, there is agreement on the Visiting Students Program during the summer vacation by visiting Michican State University, and getting a closer look at the details of university life in the various existing disciplines and effective communication techniques. It is noteworthy to know that the costs of the program will be sent to the University of Misan and will be announced later as opportunities for students who wish to go abroad in order to develop their skills as well as research capabilities and to obtain the experience of university life in one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the United States of America.
