Author Guidelines

When writing information for researchers, the following must be taken into account
1- Write the email for each researcher, preferably the official email (academic that ends with iq)
2- Write the name in English as it appears in the travel passport

The research is uploaded to the official website of the journal.

Basic guidance for researchers
1- Research papers should be written in English or Arabic. The title and abstract of the research in Arabic are attached to research written in English and a title
The research and its summary in English for research written in Arabic, provided that the translation of the abstract into English is correct
It is specialized and will not accept literal translation of texts through online translation sites.
2- Research that involves propaganda work, that does not follow the scientific method, or that deals with personal positions that are not legally acceptable will not be accepted.
3- The materials submitted for publication in the magazine express the opinions, results and conclusions of their authors only.
4- The materials shall not be published until after arbitration and acceptance for publication.
5- The researcher is fully responsible for the accuracy of the transfer from the references used, and the editorial board of the journal is not responsible for any scientific theft that occurs in it

The course of research submitted to the journal
1. When sending a research paper to the journal, the researcher fills out the acknowledgment form sent to him by the journal, which stipulates his responsibility for the scientific content.
The research is original and has not been previously published.
2. The research’s compliance with the writing and publishing rules mentioned later will be reviewed and the need for any basic amendments will be determined.
3. The percentage of citations that violate intellectual property laws is estimated using the Ithinticate program.
4. The research submitter shall be notified of these comments to make any necessary amendments and then re-send the research to the journal for official receipt. The journal has the right not to receive it.
Research that does not comply with these rules.
5. The editorial board considers the validity of the research and its conformity with the journal’s publishing objectives, as the materials submitted for publication must not have been previously published.
Publish it or submit it for publication to another party, and if it matches, two reviewers will be chosen to send the research to them. The magazine follows a policy

6. In the event of conflicting decisions of the arbitrators, the research will be directed to a third arbitrator who will weigh one of the two opinions by accepting or rejecting publication.
7. The final decision of the arbitrators is sent to the researcher and the decision is either:
- Accept the research without modifications.
- The research was accepted after minor modifications.
- Requesting basic amendments and resubmitting it to the arbitrator/s.
8. After the researcher fulfills the requirements, the research is repeated, accompanied by a list of what was or was not modified and the justifications for not modifying.
9. The research is sent to the editorial board to ensure that all of the referees’ comments are implemented and to consider accepting the researcher’s comments on not implementing some
Notes. The editorial board can add modifications to the research that were not included in the referees’ reports, in addition to linguistic proofreading modifications

10. After the researcher fulfills all the previous requirements, the research is sent to him in its final form before publication for his approval. And then it is sent
