The faculty member of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science at Misan University, Dr. Shehab Ahmed Kazem, gain a patent for designing a ring multi-gym device. The device is used to train some skills of strength and stability in gymnastics, as well as other training exercises. The device depends on the mechanical work method, which helps the movement of the player easily to the top or bottom and according to the dynamic track of the required skill to perform. As well as the adoption of the method of scientific training by the intensity of training according to the weight of the player and the relative strength of the arm which helps the player to avoid injury or psychological frustration due to a great effort and many repetitions and lack of access to optimal skill performance.
