Morning Study 4713 Evening study 1435 Entry and registration requirements To issue an endorsement or an exit document, bring the required documents below: 1. Civil status ID or unified card (color copy). 2. Two (2) recent photos with a white background. 3. The identity of the student to be delivered to the college. 4. A copy of the passport in the event that a grading document is issued. 5. Receipt of accounts.
