The Teaching Validity committee tested a number of the new instructors who got their high degrees in different disciplines. The head of the committee Dr. Salam Naji said that the committee tested two instructors in different fields. The test includes knowing the potentials and skills of the new instructors in giving lectures and the methods and techniques of teaching that are used in teaching in universities or schools. The committee gave them feedback in which they have to take them into account to guarantee teaching their students clearly and simply.
