Within the framework of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the scientific interests of the University of Maysan, in particular the College of Education A delegation from the College of Education, consisting of the Head of the History Department, Professor Dr. Muhammad Hussein Zaboun Al-Saadi, Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Hanoun, Professor Dr. Ghofran Muhammad Aziz, and Professor Alaa Shihan, visited The Russian delegation specialized in the field of archeology and excavation, and after learning about the nature of the work of the Russian delegation, several matters were raised related to ways of scientific cooperation, especially scientific aspects such as (giving a specialized lecture) for the department’s students and other aspects of cooperation specified within the ministerial instructions and controls.
