Duties and responsibilities of arbitrators:

Misan Journal of Political and International Studies adheres to COPE instructions regarding peer review and peer review of the research it receives.

Penalties:

In the event of scientific theft by one of the authors, and after all observations are confirmed by the scientific arbitrator based on scientific evidence and conclusive proofs, and after the members of the editorial board are informed of the text of those observations and proofs, the offending research will be immediately rejected, and the submission of other research by the researcher will be prohibited. The violator returns to the Misan Journal of Political and International Studies, while adhering to all applicable laws regarding punishing the plagiarist of a research without indicating the title of the original research.

Conflict of interest (COI) is when an individual's private interests differ from his or her responsibilities for scholarly activities and publishing, creating doubt as to whether an individual's behavior or judgment is driven by competing interests and commitments.

A conflict of interest refers to any relationship between the authors, editors, or reviewers that interferes with the presentation, peer review, editorial decision-making, or publication of a paper submitted to the Missan Journal of Political and International Studies in Emergencies in a complete and objective manner. Or could reasonably be seen as interfering with it.

A conflict of interest can arise from any beneficial relationship that the author, editor, or reviewer may have with the scientific paper. This relationship could be:

The Misan Journal of Political and International Studies program is committed to transparency in areas where there are potential conflicts of interest. The Misan Journal of Political and International Studies is committed to implementing the COPE Recommendation on “Author Responsibilities - Conflicts of Interest” in author disputes on issues involving conflicts of interest. Authors must disclose, at the time of submission, information about official approvals, financial conflicts of interest, or other interests that may affect the article (scientific paper). Authors must also declare sources of funding for the work performed.

All participants in the peer review and journal publication process must disclose all relationships that could be considered potential conflicts of interest. Editors may use information disclosed in conflict of interest and financial interest statements as a basis for editorial decisions.

Authors must identify individuals who contributed writing (scientific paper) or other assistance and disclose the funding source for this assistance. All authors must disclose in their manuscript any financial or other conflicts of interest that may be construed to influence the results or interpretation of this research. All sources of financial support for the project must also be disclosed.

To report a conflict of interest, the reviewer should contact the editor-in-chief via the journal's official mail to clearly state the conflict of interest, explain his relationship to the author, the manuscript, or both, and strongly request to be relieved from serving as a reviewer for this specific document.
