The Department of Mathematics at the College of Education, University of Maysan, organized a training workshop For the fourth stage students who are coming to the practical training stage (application) in schools under the title (Instructional Methods in Mathematics, Renewed Ideas) with the participation of the fourth stage students The workshop, which was lectured by Professor Ayat Muhammad Jabr, aims to To shed light on the importance of educational methods in mathematics and the necessity of using them in presenting the scientific material by male and female mathematics teachers to deliver the scientific material to students using simplified scientific methods that help retain the material for the longest possible period in the mind of the learner.
The workshop aims to enable the applied student to choose the appropriate educational means to present the components of mathematical knowledge, including mathematical concepts, principles, and skills, and to choose the method that helps the teacher present mathematical topics and communicate information in the simplest possible way.
