A Master’s Thesis at the University of Misan Discusses the Qualitative Characteristics of Groundwater Wells in Misan Governorate and their Human Investments

A master’s thesis was discussed in the Department of Geography, entitled (Qualitative Characteristics of Groundwater wells in Misan Governorate and their Human Investments) the thesis was submitted by the graduate student (Mona Muhammad Musa Aboud) and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. (Riad Mughsar Hussain).

The study dealt with the qualitative characteristics of groundwater, which include its physical and chemical properties, being one of the basic aspects that determine the water powers for different uses.

The researcher dealt with groundwater investments in the study area, (investment of groundwater for agricultural purposes, irrigation methods, crops dependent on ground water and water requirements for agricultural crops, sodium adsorption ratio, groundwater investment for livestock purposes, investment wells projects, livestock, investment of groundwater.
