The Dean of the College of Education reviews the progress of the work carried out in the library rehabilitation and maintenance project

The Dean of the College of Education at the University of Maysan, Assistant Professor Dr. Buraq Talib Shalash, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salim Kazim Abbas, briefed On the rehabilitation and maintenance work of the college’s central library and the reading hall, praising the efforts made by the College’s Engineering Division in developing the college’s infrastructure, gardens, and other facilities. While supervising the progress of work, the Dean of the College of Education listened to a detailed explanation of the improvements and repairs that would be carried out by the implementing technical and engineering staff, explaining that the College had prepared a comprehensive preventive periodic maintenance plan for a number of its buildings and equipment, to provide a university environment suitable for students and teachers,emphasizing the importance of the role played by the college in supporting the principles and standards of sustainability and focusing on maintenance and restoration work as they are the most important aspects of sustainability, in addition to creating and following distinct standards for their application in a way that ensures the strengthening of its scientific and educational standing. While the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Salim Kazim Abbas, confirmed that the Deanship of the College has developed plans that will improve the college’s status in terms of infrastructure, and that there are technical inspections prepared for the rehabilitation and maintenance of scientific departments and service facilities in the College of Education, and work will be implemented to achieve a clear positive shift for the facilities. The college provides a better climate for students and teachers, which contributes to creating a state of advancement in the scientific reality of our college and our glorious university.
