The Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Agency, by relying on the electronic system to evaluate university theses and dissertations for graduate students, according to the Ministry’s plans in to consolidate scientific research. It is noteworthy that Dr. Muhammad Jabbar Hawass has contributed to the evaluation of many scientific research in local and international journals and Scopus archives. He has also contributed to membership in discussing and evaluating many master’s theses and doctoral theses for graduate students, which contribute to building bridges of scientific cooperation between the University of Maysan on the one hand and Iraqi universities on the other.
