University of Misan organizes a seminar on ((Effect of animal waste on environmental pollution in Misan province)) The Department of Geography at the College of Education, University of Misan organized a seminar on the effect of animal waste on environmental pollution in the province of Misan by Prof. (Kadhum Ebadi Hammadi- Ph.D.) and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Education Prof. (Hashim Dakhil Hussein- Ph.D.) and college lecturers. The symposium included animal waste by-products from animal excretions from dung, urine, glaucoma poultry as well as slaughterhouse waste, slaughterhouses, bones, intestines, blood, feathers, etc. It also included waste of plants that are placed in the form of mattresses inside poultry farms and animal. Then they are formed in the form of organic fertilizers used by farmers in their agricultural fields. This paper highlights the current state of the effect of waste of agricultural activities on the environment, in particular animal waste and discuss methods and techniques used in the treatment, recycling and use specially the scientifically based industries, thus reducing environmental pollution in Misan province. The researcher dealt with animal wastes of both types of sheep and cattle poultry and their negative effects nn the environment mainly by clarifying the effect of recycling this waste on the environment and sources of fertilizers and the effect of pesticides used in control operations. We have emphasized the study of environmental pollution of this Waste and give samples of them to the province of Misan.
