Professors and Academics Urge Students to Register in HEPIQ System to Advance Digital Transformation in Iraqi Universities

In a significant step towards advancing digital education, professors at the University of Maysan invited students to register in the HEPIQ system, a comprehensive educational platform that provides more than 120 electronic systems to serve students and faculty members in Iraqi universities.

The President of the University of Maysan, Professor Adel Man’e Dakhil, explained that this application, considered a “Super App,” offers an integrated package of academic and administrative digital services, including issuing electronic student identity cards, managing attendance and absence, tracking assignments and schedules, completing admission procedures, as well as lecturer evaluation tools and electronic correspondence. This initiative reflects the Ministry’s efforts to keep pace with the third generation of digital education and global learning trends.

The system comes as part of a broader strategy for digital transformation in higher education, aiming to improve academic and administrative performance, enhance efficiency through modern technologies, and ensure equal access to educational services for all.

Students and faculty members can download the application via iOS and Android stores. The HEPIQ system represents a qualitative leap in Iraq’s educational process toward the digitization of higher education institutions, underscoring the Ministry’s ambition to build a modern digital learning environment.
