In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Qusai Al-Suhail, and in the implementation of the government program that emphasizes the improvement of the classification of Iraqi universities, college of Medicine at the University of Misan has an important qualitative achievement which was the publication of (16) scientific research within the Scopus standard.
Prof. Dr. Yassin Obaid Yassin, Dean of Medicine collegeat the University of Misan, said that this scientific achievement reflects the distinguished scientific efforts of the teaching staff in the college, which among its objectives to be a scientific pillar in the development of the services of medical education in our beloved country.
