Preliminary Discussion (Seminar) for Graduation Research in the Department of Electrical Engineering

On Thursday, April 23, 2026, the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering held the preliminary discussions for fourth-year graduation research projects for the academic year 2025–2026, as part of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree. The discussions were conducted under the supervision of specialized committees composed of department faculty members and in the presence of the Head of the Department.

During the sessions, committee members reviewed the progress achieved in the students’ projects, which were carefully evaluated. The committees provided academic observations and guidance aimed at assessing the quality of the projects and directing students toward the necessary modifications and improvements. These preliminary discussions are intended to ensure that the projects are adequately prepared for the final defense, which will take place later in the academic year.

The discussions come within the framework of the department’s efforts to enhance the quality of engineering education and develop students’ abilities to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired throughout their studies. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of scientific research and innovation in the field of electrical engineering, and on encouraging students to propose practical and creative solutions to industrial and engineering challenges.
