The Deanship and the entire family of the College of Engineering, including its lecturing and administrative staff, extend their sincere congratulations to the rapporteur of the Department of Civil Engineering, Ahmed Hatif Obaid, on the occasion of the issuance of the official university order promoting him scientifically to the rank of Teacher, in accordance with the scientific promotion instructions approved in Iraqi universities.
This academic promotion comes as a culmination of his distinguished scientific and academic efforts, as well as his valuable contributions in the fields of teaching and scientific research, which have played an effective role in supporting the educational and research process and in raising the academic level of the College of Engineering.
On this occasion, the Deanship of the Faculty expresses its pride in this well-deserved academic achievement and wishes him continued success, further dedication, and sustained excellence in his academic career, in service of the University of Maysan and its dear students.
