The research titled “Improved Hypergraph Clustering with Weighted GRA for Dynamic VANET Environment”
which involved Dr. Thaer Abdul Rahim Karim, a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering, and Dr. Mays Karim Jabar, a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering, won first place as the best paper presented in the field of telecommunications and informatics at the International Multi-Conference on Systems, Signals, and Devices.
The conference, specialized in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, was established in 2001 and is held annually in different countries around the world. It attracts numerous researchers from various parts of the world in this field. The 21st edition of this conference will be hosted by Tishk International University – Erbil, from April 22-25, 2024. IEEE is the official sponsor of the conference, and all research papers presented at this conference have been indexed in Scopus since 2008.
