This morning, Sunday, January 4, 2026, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Maysan, Professor Abbas Oda Dawood, conducted an inspection tour of the examination halls to follow up on the progress of the final examinations for the first semester of the academic year 2025/2026 across all scientific departments of the faculty.
During the tour, the Dean reviewed the examination atmosphere, the level of organization within the halls, and the extent of adherence to the approved examination instructions and controls. This follow-up aimed to ensure the provision of a calm, fair, and well-regulated environment that enables students to perform their examinations with confidence and ease. He also listened to the observations and requirements of the examination committees, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and coordination to ensure the success of this crucial academic stage.
The Dean commended the efforts exerted by the heads of scientific departments, examination committees, and observers, praising their role in preparing the administrative and organizational requirements and their careful attention to details in a manner that reflects the distinguished image of the Faculty of Engineering. At the conclusion of the tour, he extended his sincere wishes to the faculty’s students for continued success and for their efforts throughout the semester to be crowned with outstanding results in their academic and scientific careers.
