The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Abbas Oda Dawood, held a meeting with the heads of the administrative divisions and units at the Faculty, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Professor Saad Fahad Rasan, to discuss ways to enhance the administrative level and improve work efficiency across the Faculty.
The meeting addressed the current state of administrative work, listened to the challenges facing the administrative divisions and units in carrying out their duties, and discussed appropriate solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles, thereby contributing to smoother procedures and faster completion of transactions.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to hear the suggestions of the heads of the administrative divisions and units regarding the development of work mechanisms and improvement of coordination among the Faculty’s various units. The possibility of utilizing these suggestions to address challenges and enhance the quality of administrative performance was also discussed, in a manner that serves the Faculty’s personnel and students and supports its academic mission.
