The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Abbas Oda Dawood, held a meeting with the heads of performance evaluation committees and the liaison officers of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division in the scientific departments to follow up on the performance evaluation forms for the Faculty’s academic and administrative staff.
The meeting was attended by Lecturer Hussein Madi Hamad, Head of the Performance Evaluation Unit, who reviewed the progress achieved to date and explained that efforts were ongoing to complete the evaluation procedures in accordance with the official ministerial deadlines.
The meeting emphasized the importance of accuracy in entering and verifying data and completing all form requirements within the approved timeframes, ensuring that the performance evaluation process is carried out efficiently and systematically.
For his part, the Dean commended the efforts of the heads of the scientific departments, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, and the liaison officers. He praised their commitment and sense of responsibility in carrying out their assigned duties and stressed the need for continued coordination and follow-up to ensure that all tasks are completed within the specified deadlines.
