The Ministerial Committee of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the extension of the closing date for the competition (https://awards.mohesr.gov.iq) to October 5th, 2024. Additionally, the electronic test date has been updated to Saturday, October 12, 2024. The winners will be honored on October 24th, 2024.
The total prize for the winners is 100 million IQD. The top 10 winners will each receive 4 million IQD, the next ten winners will each receive 3 million IQD, as for the third group of the ten winners they will each receive 2 million IQD, while the last ten winners will each receive 1 million IQD.
The terms of the competition include reading two books: “Islamic Views in the Declaration of Human Rights” by Mohammed Al-Sadr, and “Cultural Matter: How to Innovate Our Future in a Changing World“. Participants must be Iraqi citizens, undergraduate students who are actively enrolled, under 30 years old, and registered on the competition platform using the official email provided by their university.
