As part of the monitoring of the final examinations for the first semester of the academic year 2024-2025, the Assistant Chancellor for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Associate Professor Dr. Mohammed Kazim Hamad, conducted an inspection visit to the Faculty of Engineering on Monday, December 16, 2024.
Accompanying Dr. Hamad during the visit were the Head’s Associate for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassaneen Abbas, and the Head’s Associate for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Saad Fahad.
The delegation toured several examination rooms, where they were briefed on the progress of the exams across various academic departments. They also ensured that all necessary resources and arrangements were in place to maintain a calm and conducive environment for the examinations. Dr. Hamad emphasized the importance of strictly adhering to examination laws and regulations to uphold the integrity and transparency of the process. He also highlighted the need to provide students with the appropriate support throughout the examination period.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Assistant Chancellor expressed his gratitude to the faculty leadership, as well as the teaching and administrative staff, for their significant efforts in organizing the examinations. He wished the students success in their exams, hoping they would achieve outstanding results.
