The Engineering Faculty’s Afforestation Unit is conducting a rehabilitation campaign for the college parks under the direct supervision of the Head of the Engineering Faculty, Prof. Dr. Abbas Oda Dawood. The campaign is also overseen by the Head’s associate for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassanen Abbas Hassan. The unit is working on rehabilitating the faculty gardens, which includes cleaning, weeding, and trimming. This effort aligns with the Ministry’s directives to enhance green spaces and create a clean, sustainable environment conducive to university life.
