The Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Abbas Oda Dawood, visited the Mechanical Engineering Department building, accompanied by the Associate Dean for Administrative, Financial, and Legal Affairs, Professor Saad Fahd Resan, to inspect the progress of the project.
They were joined by the Resident Engineer Department Head, Engineer Ghassan Faleh Hassan, and the Civil Defense and Safety Officer, Assistant Lecturer Hammam Hussein.
During the visit, the ongoing construction activities were reviewed. The Dean urged the Resident Engineer Department to exert greater efforts to expedite the project’s completion, emphasizing the college’s urgent need for the building. He also expressed his full support in overcoming any obstacles that might hinder progress.
This visit is part of a series of inspection tours aimed at monitoring developmental projects in the college, ensuring their timely completion, and enhancing the educational environment and academic standards of the College of Engineering.
